Hello! Easter is in one week, so I thought I would give you a week of Easter inspiration. Today, I am starting by sharing this Easter Bee card using two new stamp sets from The Alley Way Stamps. It's so fun to use all of the images for different seasons!
The patterned papers are from Jillibean Soup and the hexagons are cut with a die from My Favorite Things.
I used crinkle ribbon from May Arts that I folded all across the front of the card. I added a couple of buttons and sequins as embellishments.
All of the supplies are linked below to Simon Says Stamp. I am an affiliate for them which means that I get a small percentage of each sale that shops through my link. It helps with supporting this blog, so I can bring you tons of inspiration! I really appreciate all of your support!
Hello! Anybody else wishing they could go to the beach right now? I know that I am more than ready for summer and nice weather! I created a fun card using the Bee Sweet and Bee Unique sets from The Alley Way Stamps, plus Core'dinations card stock.
I embossed a piece of light blue card stock from Core'dinations with a Darice embossing folder. I then inked the embossed part with Faded Jeans Distress Ink. I also tore two strips of Core'dinations card stock from the Neutrals Essentials collection to create the "beach."
I colored in the bee and bikini with Copics markers. I mean, how adorable is the bee with the "beekini?"
I have a layout up on the Imaginisce blog using the My Baby collection. I wanted to try making a layout that was at a diagonal, since I have seen many like it and I really like them.
I think those elephants are the cutest!
I wanted to tie in some brown with the pink because I really like that color combo. I inked the edges of all of the papers with Walnut Stain Distress Ink. I also splattered some Mister Huey's in a couple of areas.
These Thickers are from American Crafts and are covered in white glitter.
I have one more TAWS post for you today. Don't forget to check out the Video Blog Hop here! I have been working with the BEE Unique set again, but this time I created a baby card. Can you see the versatility of this set yet?
I created the background using Distress Inks and a water brush. The die cut the clouds using the Memory Box Puffy Clouds die.
I stamped the sentiment from the BEE Sweet set and the sequins are from Pretty Pink Posh.
